Innovative Working Principle

The Lanmera system features a series of inclined plates that increase the sedimentation area by projecting a larger surface, enhancing the separation efficiency. The process works as follows:

  1. Wastewater flows into the system and passes through the inclined plates.
  2. Microbubbles attach to oil and suspended particles, reducing their density and causing them to rise to the surface.
  3. Oil, grease, and flocs are efficiently separated and removed by a scraper system.
  4. Clean supernatant is uniformly collected through a balanced water distribution mechanism, ensuring consistent output quality.
  5. The design prevents hydraulic dead spots and whirlpools, maintaining a smooth and stable operation.
