How It Works
Vacuum-Driven Aeration:
A high-speed rotating air dispersion impeller at the base of the aeration pipe creates a vacuum zone, drawing ambient air directly into the water without external compressors.
Microbubble Generation:
Injected air is sheared into dense 20-50μm microbubbles, which spiral upward, oxygenating the water and adhering to suspended particles.
Buoyancy Separation:
The density imbalance between the air-water mixture and contaminants generates vertical buoyancy, lifting solids/oils to the surface within seconds.
Automated Skimming:
A surface scraper continuously removes the floated sludge, ensuring uninterrupted operation and clear water discharge.
